My experience in the Czech Republic thus far cannot be described without a mention of Becherovka - a herbal liquor made only here that people accurately describe as “Christmas in your mouth.” And after our Czech friends urged us to try it our first night out, I can safely say it is the drink of choice of nearly everyone on my program.
